Home Ownership Month!

We are back from a week of sun, rain and dust storms but we had a lot of fun.  Thank you for waiting.

 

In researching for information to tell you about for "Home Ownership Month", we found a couple of programs that are out there for the taking.  One is call My First Texas Home which has a 5% Down payment assistance with a 30-Year Fixed Rate.  The other one is the Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate Program.  This one reduces your income tax obligation by up to $2000 every year for the term of the loan.

 

Both programs are administered by selected lenders so we need to find you one that will work.
