Fixer Upper Anyone????

We believe the days of cheap fixer uppers (formerly know as Foreclosures) are waaayyyy behind us.  Most banks will fix up their homes and sell them as close to market price as the customer is willing to pay.  Of course if we look hard enough, we can always find a nice fixer-upper:
